Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for all day to day catering management activities of the organization such as food preparation & catering services; food stock procurement, inventory management & logistics services; menu planning, menu rotation, food quality and nutrition design; end user grievance, surveys & feedback collection and closeout

2. Responsible for compliance to catering policies & procedures; food preparation & handling standards and regulatory requirements, across the regions.

3. Responsible for HSE and Food Safety Compliance within the catering services.

4. Responsible to direct the preparation of food items as per menu and schedule. Accountable to ensure collection of samples and analysis of results thereof. Responsible to review prepared food wastage trends and initiate corrective measures

5. Responsible to direct the procurement of food stock as per pre planned menu and in advance to strike a balance between expiry of goods and adequate quantity to be served while limiting prepared food wastage. Responsible for proper, temperature and pest free storage of food stock. Responsible to ensure proper dispatch of food stock and prepared food items.

6. Responsible to conduct planned and unpanned audits of kitchens and food stock storage locations. Responsible to initiate, track, monitor and closeout actions as required.

7. Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, KPIs and attainment thereof. Professional Certificate : – HACCP Level 4, Food Hygiene , Safety. Skills – SAP, ERP, Planinng & Organizing, Communcation.
